Josh, Matt and team took great care of my new (used) vehicle as usual. They worked around my schedule and made it easy to have my truck serviced. Even though it is an oversized heavy duty vehicle, they didn't upsize the price just because of that. Thanks again for a job well done Richmond Fleet Doc team!

I was sent to fleetdoc by carmart they were friendly and respectful but failed to adequately do their jobs my vehicle has now suffered a failure from their shoddy work this is the second time would not recommend their work.

John, I'm not sure which vehicle that Car Mart sent us was yours and I'm sorry to hear your vehicle has had issues. Not sure exactly what is going on with it either, but I will say that Car Mart sends us all of their own parts and also do not approve a lot of the jobs we recommend. Please feel free to give us a call Monday morning at the shop so we can figure out what is going on.
