Excellent service, by Excellent people!

Long story short, I came to Lex today and had to remove my license plate for the county clerk. It had been in so long, one stripped and the other broke off inside the threads! I was in a jam and short on time …… I pulled into Fleet Doc as I was close…… knowing it was Friday afternoon and I was walking in I didn’t have my expectations high of being able to draw anyone away for such a non-emergent issue . I was greeted by Devon who I shared my problem with, without hesitation, he stopped what he was doing and came outside and offered to help evaluate the issue. He was joined by another staff member who I failed to get his name, but they both worked to free the stripped nut so I could get the plate off and get to clerks office before they closed. When they were done, they said “glad to help” and not only did they not take advantage and overcharge me, they REFUSED to allow me to pay anything and told me “we all need a little help sometimes”. I simply can’t thank them enough and praise their customer service. You just do not run across that type of business culture everyday, and it was so evident it was genuine and offered with no expectation of anything. I was humbled and hope that anyone who is in need of their device will visit them and grant them an opportunity to help you in the future, I know I will. Thanks guys, way to represent your business and for the kind gesture, it did not go unappreciated!

I was traveling by myself from Tn to Ohio. I had stopped at the previous exit to get gas and as I was merging back onto the interstate my tire pressure light came on, pressure in my back tire was 25 psi. I made it to the next exit and put some air in the tire at the first gas station. I asked a local about tire repair and he pointed out fleet doc across the street. I pulled in and they got me right in, repaired and back on the road in less than an hour. So thankful that I was not on the side of the road with a flat!! Great customer service.

Great service and a great experience

Our household has been taking vehicles to this Fleet Doc for a few years now. I like that we can book appointments easily online, and they also have a text message system that lets you review and approve recommended repairs online too. Best of all, they treat you with kindness and respect here without any high pressure sales tactics. The owner himself even drove my husband home one time! Most recently, Devon was very helpful and professional when I took my car in for repair and kept me updated regularly throughout the service. Good old fashioned customer service here A+!

These guys are great and this is coming from a guy that owns an automotive repair shop!! My nephew moved to Lexington recently and needed to find him a place to take his old Honda. Brian was extremely helpful and they got him back on the road! Let him know of a few things coming up in the near future, Glad my nephew has a place to take his old Honda civic.
