The guys are very good. Take care of everything that has come up. Had a issue come up drove over to the shop and they fit me in. Prices are very reasonable and work is always done good

I went in with two major problems and two minor (an oil change and AC recharge). There was a clanking noise I asked them to look into. They said it was just low oil and did not actually look into the issue. Upon pickup, I got into the car and the issue was still there. It was clear they did not even bother to actually look into the problem. They allegedly could not even attempt to diagnose the other issue. I took it to another service provider who was able to fix both problems under a day. My car was at fleet doc for three days, they were exceedingly non-communicative, and seemed uninformed about how to deal with CarMax despite being an authorized service provider. I know others have had positive experiences, but in my experience with Fleet Doc, they barely did half a job. I paid for a good service provider for what I could have gotten at a jiffy lube.

Alex, I am truly sorry for your poor experience at Fleet Doc and that we did not meet your expectations. Communication is something we strive to be great at and apologize that you had a lack there of in this case. Your review is one we will be using as an example for training purposes on how we do not want to be perceived. If you ever feel like you could give us a shot again on the future, I assure you, we will make it right.

I was very impressed with his business. I had called them to let them know I would possibly be late for my appointment due to the tires being put on at another business. They were very accommodating to my situation. This is a business I would use again.

They are very honest and gave advice not to fix a vehicle that was going to start having problems with the amount of miles that were on the vehicle. They will be getting ALL of my business and will highly recommend them.

I got to know this place through Costco discount program. Great place and all the mechanics are professional. I have changed rotor and brake shoe which only takes about 20 minutes. Fast and quality work. Reasonable pricing!!! I would recommend people to go this place for your car maintenance.

Buddha, Thank you for giving us a shot and we are happy you found us through Costco. We have been their desired shop now for close to 5 years and have had a great working relationship with them. We hope that your 2012 Honda CRV has much better braking performance now after installing new pads and rotors and flushing you brake fluid!
