Highest recommendation! Took my truck in for service and a list of items needing repair that I had been putting off. I was warmly greeted my the service manager and he made sure he understood all problems that I had. Jim, the owner came out and thanked me for coming too. They called later in the day and had everything completed at a lower cost than expected. They even worked with me to allow pickup after hours. Super good people, quality work, and fairly priced. Fleet Doc will be my mechanic and recommended repair shop from now on!

Good honest people doing good honest work

After an unexpected flat tire, a couple of my coworkers recommended this place to me. They were able to get me in quickly and locate a tire that would fit my car. I stopped by the next day on my lunch break and they installed my new tire in under 15 minutes. Great, honest service. I will definitely use them in the future for all my auto repair needs.

I had never had to make any decisions regarding car repairs until my husband passed away a year ago. Needless to say, I have been dreading when those issues would come up. My car started making a noise, and I knew it probably wasn't good (I was thinking new brakes, etc.). Fleet Doc was recommended to me by a co-worker. I dropped my car off the next morning and Matt (one of the staff) drove me to work. Matt called me when he got back to the office, because they had already diagnosed the problem and had an estimate. Turns out it was a small thing to fix, and they let me know that my brakes, tires, etc., still have a lot of wear to them. What a relief! I cannot begin to express my appreciation or say enough good things about my experience! So you "SINGLE LADIES" out there that worry about being taken advantage of -- this is a place where there is no worry about honesty, integrity or excellent work! I will be going to Fleet Doc for all my repairs!!! Thanks again guys!!!!!

Visited twice for car maintenance. Both times without an appointment and was in and out, reasonably prompt. They're professional and helpful. Great Lexington mechanics!

Recently, I hit a parking spot roadblock--one of those useless pieces of concrete designed to ruin front bumpers and undersides of cars. Learning that I stripped out the screws on the skid guard under the front end of my car, I was prepared to pay a few hundred dollars for it to be replaced. I called Fleet Doc, easily scheduled an appointment, and took my car in and prepared myself for some bad news. Within two hours, Fleet Doc called and said that they fixed the problem...and I spent a teeny tiny fraction of the money which I expected to spend. They repaired the problem, which just took some patching and not a wholesale replacement. Growing up, I sometimes heard the refrain that, "an honest mechanic is as rare as an honest politician." Well, I don't know about any honest politicians, but I found one honest mechanic--one which I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend to my mother. If you need that car repaired, new tires, or even an oil change, I highly recommend that you give Fleet Doc a chance!
