Me and my daughter came in for an oil change and we asked if there was a place we could walk to eat. The owner of the shop gave me the keys to his truck for us to go eat while they were changing the oil in my car. The customer Service is off the charts. Joe, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

When I moved to Lexington, I was referred to Fleet Doc by a friend. Based on my early experiences, I have moved all of my repair business to them. Their staff is polite and knowledgeable. The owner even went to bat for me on a dispute I had with a tire manufacturer. It took him a few months to resolve but it ended up saving me several hundred dollars.

Fleet Soc always as very professional employees. They are flexible with drop off and working you in as they can. They always call prior to work and confirm as well as suggest additional items but they are not always suggesting additional work like I have had a dealers. When they suggest I know they are legitimate concerns. Thanks.

Our work truck needed a new transmission because it had many miles on it. Josh and his team we're very transparent, timely, and communicated through the entire process. Josh also called a few days after the work was completed to make sure my truck was running fine and everything was okay. Wish we knew about Fleet Doc sooner.
