I was in the area for a wedding (originally from Baltimore) and as I started to head back a bunch of lights came on the dash. I didn't want to make the long trek home not knowing what was wrong with my car, so I called up Fleet Doc and they told me to come right in. Honestly, the kindest, friendliest service I've ever received! They were straight forward and honest about the issue and took the time to explain everything to me. If I didn't live 8 hours away, I would definitely make this my go-to spot to get my car taken care of! 10/10 would recommend, every time!

Fleet Doc just saved me more $. We've purchased 3 sets of tires over these last 18 months with great prices and service. Earlier this week another service provider advised we had a wheel bearing going out and that the same wheel had a bent rim and broken belt on the tire. Replacing the Wheel and Tire = $650. We went to Fleet Doc who checked it, couldn't find a problem, put it on the lift, couldn't find a problem, pulled the wheel off and put it on the balancer, couldn't find a problem. I moved here a few years ago, and have been looking with no luck to find an auto mechanic that would treat me like a person and not a child because I'm female. I brought my car to this shop (it had a bad thermostat and was overheating quickly). They were extremely friendly and helpful. Jim (the shop owner) gave me a ride back to my apartment! I've never seen a shop offer their customers a complimentary shuttle service.. that totally blew me away! Joe picked me up when my car was done the next day, and the price I paid for my repair was quite reasonable. My car is fine now. I've finally reached the end of the frustrating road of trying to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Fleet Doc is outstanding in all areas of their business! Look no further!
