I can always count on Fleet Doc to fix any issues I have with my vehicle. They have helped me numerous times on problems big and small, quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and honest. One instance in particular, they stayed on the phone for hours to get my repair fully covered by my warranty. Great place!

There terrible. Told me on the phone they could do it an when I got there they said they couldn't perform their work because it wasn't a serviceable part when I know for sure that it is and has been done before their just lazy an inexperienced and rude and condescending. Go anywhere else but here.

David, We are sorry you feel this way. On your particular vehicle, unfortunately the proper way to install a ball joint is with an entire control arm assembly. We take a major liability risk by trying to change just a ball joint that is stated as not serviceable as it could come apart while driving. We also have a company policy on not installing customer parts due to the 3 year and 36,000 mile warranty we offer to our customers. We could definitely take care of your vehicle, just not with a used ball joint. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Polite, friendly and knowledge young men. We had a 10:00 appointment and we got service immediately at 10:00 and out of there by 11:00. Price very reasonable for oil change, air filter, and tire rotation

Such a great place to come, everyone's knowledgeable and friendly. No overselling, very good at explaining any issues needed to be addressed now or later.

Excellent customer service from both Clay and Kevin. We were driving from Canada and stopped to spend a night in the hotel.upon waking in the morning our car was completely dead. We had our vehicles towed to Fleet and were helped immediately got our battery back to life and went on our way. There was no upselling or any pressure what so ever, they both went about their job to help us out. Can’t thank them enough for helping us in a unfortunate situation.

Long story short, I came to Lex today and had to remove my license plate for the county clerk. It had been in so long, one stripped and the other broke off inside the threads! I was in a jam and short on time …… I pulled into Fleet Doc as I was close…… knowing it was Friday afternoon and I was walking in I didn’t have my expectations high of being able to draw anyone away for such a non-emergent issue . I was greeted by Devon who I shared my problem with, without hesitation, he stopped what he was doing and came outside and offered to help evaluate the issue. He was joined by another staff member who I failed to get his name, but they both worked to free the stripped nut so I could get the plate off and get to clerks office before they closed. When they were done, they said “glad to help” and not only did they not take advantage and overcharge me, they REFUSED to allow me to pay anything and told me “we all need a little help sometimes”. I simply can’t thank them enough and praise their customer service. You just do not run across that type of business culture everyday, and it was so evident it was genuine and offered with no expectation of anything. I was humbled and hope that anyone who is in need of their device will visit them and grant them an opportunity to help you in the future, I know I will. Thanks guys, way to represent your business and for the kind gesture, it did not go unappreciated!
