Prompt & thorough communication, courteous, VERY professional and the work seems to always be completed ahead of schedule. If all businesses were run this well the BBB would have to downsize.

Good mechanics

I am a relatively new Fleet Doc Auto customer, having had 3 experiences with their service. Each time, they are professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and most impressively, have integrity, since they did not charge me for an expensive repair I was TOLD BY OTHERS that I needed, they found the real problem, which was an insufficient battery that I had a warranty on, so they made no profit.

Just had my oil changed by Fleet Doc, and received prompt, courteous service at a good price, less than some other competitors. This place came recommended by a friend, and she was not wrong. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repair. They were very honest and helpful when understanding what needed to be fixed and the cost associated with each repair. They also drove me back to my place when I dropped it off and offered to pick me up when the car was ready. Overall, I am very impressed with this place and will be taking our cars back. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. The other thing they did was basically prioritized a list of things that needed to be done to the car which was extremely helpful. Again, I would highly recommend this place.
