I stopped by on a busy Monday afternoon after Easter weekend. I am new to the Lexington area and came here based on the great reviews. My tires had 66,000 miles already on them and were beginning to ride rough so I assumed it was time to get new tires. Joe, the service technician was extremely helpful when assessing my tires. He told me the tires still had some life left on them but they would put it on a lift and check the suspension components to make sure that wasn’t the reason for the rough and loud ride at highway speeds. Joe offered to have Jim, the owner, give me a ride back to my house while waiting on the vehicle. Awesome service! I received a call a few hours later explaining I had some cupping in my tires but all the suspension components were still in good shape. They recommended I rotate, balance, and align the tires and the wheels to help with ride quality. They gave me a quote on 4 new tires but did not push me to get them yet because they thought the tires still had some miles left on them. I followed their recommendation. I have had the vehicle back for 2 days and the ride is 10x better. Less noise, smoother ride, and less wheel vibration. When the tires need to be replaced I will be back to have them put new ones on. Honesty, and excellent customer service goes a long way in repeat business. Jim, Joe, and the crew at Fleet doc encompass that to a tee. I will be taking all 3 of my vehicles here for as long as I am in Lexington. They are top notch.

Listen. I don't remember names, have always been horrible with them- but what I do know is that every single employee I encountered was welcoming and professional from beginning to end. To be honest there was no hope for my car. They were honest enough to tell me not to spend any more money on it. They could have easily convinced me to spend with them but they truly were giving advice that was in my best interest. I will absolutely refer anyone who ever needs repairs or advice to them. Thank you guys for everything. ❤

Had no idea what was going on with my car, Matt was kind and toughed it out with me on trying to figure out over the phone what could possibly be going on (he a trooper for that). Once there, Jeff and Josh were great listened to my concerns and had the guys look over my entire car. I was in and out within 3 hours and had solid picture painted of what all was going on. All of the guys that work there are great and there is always laughter that can be heard. 100% recommend this place.

I have been using Fleet Doc for my repairs for years and have had no problems with any of their work. My vehicles are always well taken of when they are in their care.

Josh and Joe were both awesome. Told me what I needed without trying to scam me for products and services I didn’t need. Gave me a great deal and saved me a ton of money.
