A factory part died two months after installation, turned out to be defective. They stayed late on the day before Christmas Eve to get a replacement sent in and installed, no charge. It would have been a huge repair bill otherwise. This is a company that stands behind its work. I’d recommend them to anyone because of this.

I’ve taken several vehicles here. The guys are professional, friendly, and get repairs done quickly. My latest experience was a brake line replacement. I dropped off the Jeep on Sunday, received a call about what repairs were needed Monday afternoon, and was ready to go by Tuesday. It’s not my primary vehicle, but they still got it back quickly. The experience was made even better when I received a follow up phone call yesterday to check if the brakes were working well. Exceptional service!

I had to have tires installed early one rainy morning so that I could safely drive to CINCINNATI. These guys got me in on the spur of the moment and within two hours of my call I was on my way to Cincinnati with safe tires. They also installed new wipers which was very beneficial as well. I highly recommend Fleet Doc. They are courteous and very professional!
