We heard a thumping noise with our car and had no idea what was going on. Matt and Josh were helpful to determine that our CV axels needed to be replaced. The owner Jim even drove me home (20 mins away) and picked me up when they were done the day of initial work. A couple weeks later we were driving to Louisville and heard a new thumping noise. Matt was extremely helpful. He worked with us to determine that we were missing several bolts on both sides of the bumper. And, he did not charge us for the additional work. I would highly recommend this shop and ask for Matt, Josh, or, Jim when you visit. They are nice guys and very knowledgeable about cars!
